This policy covers the Covera website (covera-agents.com): what we collect when you visit it or book a call, why, who receives it and for how long. It does not cover the Covera application, which is governed by the contract signed with each brokerage.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Booking a call: name, email, time zone and your answers to the booking questions

If you write to us through the WhatsApp button, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms, and by our team to answer you.
Where your data is processed
Covera AI Inc. and most of its providers (Google, PostHog, Vercel, Calendly, Meta) process data in the United States. When this involves data from people in Europe, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by these providers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object at any time to its use for prospecting. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Write to contact@covera-agents.com: we answer within one month. If you are in Europe, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
