How prefilling works
The Covera Extranets extension for Chrome and Edge recognizes a carrier portal when it opens. From the quoting file, one click copies the known answers into the screens Covera has mapped. What cannot be filled in stays visible in a copy panel next to the portal: click a field, then the value, without retyping. After each click, Covera shows what was filled in and what was not found.
Your team stays in control
Each person logs in to the portal with their own credentials, as usual. Covera fills in, your team checks each screen and decides what to submit. Nothing goes to underwriting without a person.
Coverage grows portal by portal
How far the prefilling goes depends on the portal and on the line of business: a carrier can be mapped for one product and not yet for another. Coverage is extended continuously: when your team opens a portal that is not mapped yet, Covera knows which one to map next.
Your carrier is not listed

Do we need to share our carrier portal credentials with Covera?
Not for prefilling: each person logs in to the portal as usual. Sharing credentials is optional; they are stored encrypted and let Covera map a new portal without taking your team's time.
What happens when a portal screen is not filled in?
The copy panel shows the client file next to the portal. Click a field, then the value, and nothing has to be retyped.
