AI agents for Coorty brokerage CRM
Covera Agents reads the agency's book in Coorty, the French brokerage CRM: clients, policies with their carrier, and claims, synced every night through the Coorty API, or imported from a CSV export.

Covera Agents builds AI agents for insurance brokers. Coorty, also known as CoortyAssur, is a French CRM built for brokerages. Covera keeps a read copy of the agency's Coorty book, so every agent works on the real portfolio: who is already a client, which policies they hold, with which carrier.
Two ways to connect
- Through the Coorty API, recommended: the agency creates an integration user in Coorty and sends its credentials to the Covera team, which stores them encrypted, runs a test read that is reviewed, then switches the agency on. The book is synced every night.
- Through a CSV export, as a fallback: the agency exports its contacts and policies on the same day, and the Covera team imports them. The book is as fresh as the last export.
Once an API connection exists, CSV imports are refused, so an older file can never overwrite the book read through the API.
What Covera reads in Coorty
- Clients, individuals and companies.
- Policies, excluding endorsements, with their carrier when read through the API.
- Claims, through the API only.
The document store, existing quotes, receipts and reminders are not read. What an integration user sees depends on the Coorty branches it is attached to.
What it unlocks for the agents
The carrier quoting agent checks whether a prospect is already a client, links the file to the right client and prefills the risk profile from the book. The past-due collections agent matches carrier notices to policies thanks to the carrier read through the API. The assistant answers questions on the synced copy.
What Covera writes
The sync is read-only. Linking a quoting file to an existing client happens in Covera only. Writing a new contact or quote into Coorty from a file is available on activation with the Covera team; Covera never creates a policy, and never modifies or deletes anything.
Edits made in Covera are kept
Contact details corrected on a client record in Covera, such as a phone number, an address or a note, are stored next to the book: the nightly sync does not overwrite them, and the record shows both values with a way to restore the original. The client identity stays the one in Coorty.
Limits
Coorty ignores some search filters, so Covera checks whether a prospect is already a client on its own copy of the book. An incomplete read, where the total announced by Coorty does not match what was read, is refused rather than saved. For French brokerages, data is stored in the European Union, and Covera does not train any AI model on agency data.
Other integrations
Covera Agents also connects to other brokerage software used in France: Maia, Modulr, Excalibur, Adhoc and BubbleIn. Emails and documents come from Gmail, Outlook and SharePoint.
Frequently asked questions
How does Covera Agents connect to Coorty?
Through the Coorty API with a dedicated integration user, synced every night, or through a CSV export imported by the Covera team when the API is not available.
What does Covera Agents read in Coorty?
Clients, policies with their carrier and claims through the API. A CSV export carries clients and policies, without carrier or claims.
We already sent CSV files. Do we have to start over with the API?
No. The API and the CSV share the same Coorty identifiers, so the sync updates the existing records instead of creating duplicates.
