Covera Agents builds AI agents for insurance agencies. Momentum, formerly NowCerts, is an agency management system used by agencies in the United States. It is the Covera connection that goes furthest with the assistant: the book is synced every day, and the assistant can also read a client live in Momentum and search its documents.

An administrator connects it in minutes

The agency creates an API user in Momentum and generates an API key, following the vendor's procedure. An administrator pastes the key in Covera's settings. Covera checks the role, the market and a real read in Momentum before saving the key, encrypted and never shown again. No call with the Covera team is needed. The portfolio appears after the next sync.

What Covera reads in Momentum

  • Every day: clients and prospects, policies and claims, read in full.
  • Live, when the agent asks the assistant: the client record, policies and quotes, claims, contacts, notes, tasks, drivers, vehicles, properties and opportunities.
  • The client's folders and files, to search them or attach a document to a file.

What Covera writes in Momentum

From the assistant, on an explicit request, Covera creates a client or prospect, or a contact attached to an existing client. From a quoting file, on the agent's click, it creates a prospect and a quote attached to it. Every creation is registered before it is sent, so repeating a request never creates a duplicate. Covera never modifies or deletes a client, policy or quote, and handles no payments, commissions or certificates.

What it unlocks for the agents

The carrier quoting agent links the file to a client of the book and creates the prospect and quote in Momentum. Documents stored in Momentum can be attached, with a preview, to quoting, the quote comparison agent, certificates and claims. The assistant answers in plain English on the synced book and on the live client record.

Reliable reads

An expiration date is not treated as a cancellation, and a renewed policy is not counted as cancelled. When Momentum limits the request rate, Covera spaces its calls and reports a persistent limit as a failure, never as an empty result. A sync that reads inconsistent data keeps the previous day's book instead of saving a truncated one.

Limits

Existing policies and quotes cannot be modified from Covera. Momentum does not group documents by policy, so the picker shows the client's documents. A record created by mistake has to be cleaned up in Momentum by hand. Covera does not train any AI model on agency data.

Other integrations

For US agencies, Covera Agents also connects to EZLynx. Emails and documents come from Gmail, Outlook and SharePoint.
